The Break Point games room, located in the lower level of the University Student Commons, features 10 pool tables, Thunder Bowl, poker tables, board games, and much more! A VCUCard is required for admittance. You can bring up to two guests with a valid ID.

Thunder Bowl
Thunder Bowl is a sensational new scaled-down version of America's favorite pastime from AMF, the world leader in bowling. The token-operated game in the Break Point Games Room features wood grain lanes and a smaller-sized bowling ball, making Thunder Bowl a great game for all ages and skill levels. Each exciting game of Thunder Bowl is enhanced by glow-in-the dark panels, seats and carpeting in addition to computer graphics and music.
Games are only $1 per person! No special shoes or equipment is required!
Reservations
Interested in reserving the Break Point? The Break Point is a great place to host an event for your student organization, sorority or fraternity social, birthday or whatever event you want to celebrate! We offer 10 pool tables, Thunder Bowl and a video game lounge!
Tournaments
Break Point hosts a wide variety of competitive tournaments through the year. Tournaments include 8-Ball and 9-Ball billiard tournaments, Texas Hold 'Em Tournaments, and board and card game tournaments.
