Please read the Event Services Procedures before filing a request. This is only a request, not a confirmation. Do not plan on having this space until you have confirmation from the Event Services Office. A confirmation will be mailed once the reservation has been confirmed.
Our space can only be reserved by registered Student Organizations, University departments, and VCU Health System Affiliates year-round and only Non-University groups with certain exceptions. Please see the excerpt on our policy regarding Non-University sponsor requests.
"Individuals are not permitted to reserve space in USC&A managed facilities with the exception of
dues paying members of VCU's alumni associations and full-time VCU employees only (including
VCU Health Systems). Special restrictions apply to these events and USC&A reserves the right to
deny personal use of University facilities at any time."
If you are not an alumni paying due member or a full time VCU employee then your request will, unfortunately, be denied.
