A more casual atmosphere than the Commonwealth Ballroom, the Commons Theater doubles as a performance space and a movie theater. Perfect for lectures using visual programs, and other presentations requiring less intensive technical support.

Commonwealth Ballroom

The showplace of The Commons, the Commonwealth Ballroom is perfect for large events requiring complicated technical support and large crowds.

Lectures, dances, banquets, and large conferences are all appropriate events for the Ballroom. The room can be separated into two smaller sections (A & B), one becomes an ideal meeting space, while the other can be used for smaller conferences, lectures, receptions, and performances.

There is a warming room adjacent to the Ballroom, and the nearby Plaza Lounge can serve as an informal reception area for large events.

  • House lights — 7 dimmable circuits, with controls in each room (A & B) and the control room; 8 programmable presets.
