Commuter CoffeeBRAKE
Students!
For a jumpstart or to refuel, Off Campus Student Services, room 119 of the Commons provides fair trade coffee, snacks and all the commuter information a student can swallow! This program is held once a week throughout the semester. Sponsored by VCU departments and outside vendors, off campus students can bring their own cup and receive a free breakfast pastry or snack. Forgot your cup? You can still get a cup of coffee on the go! Remember upcoming CoffeeBRAKES by coming back to this website, reading your TelegRAM, watching SIT-TV, or just look for the sign in the window of Room 119 located in the theatre lobby.

Wish to get information out to students about your department, business, event or program? Sponsor a Commuter CoffeeBRAKE! Sponsorship is inexpensive and easy. Your money will go to provide pastries for approximately 50 students and Coffee for 100. That is the average number of students that come to USC&A Commuter CoffeeBRAKES. By sponsoring a CoffeeBRAKE, we will survey all the students who attend with four questions of your choice as well as demographics. In addition, you get to talk 1:1 with many students about your services, organization or product, while distributing information and getting the word out to our student population.
To sponsor a CoffeeBRAKE, email your request to offcampus@vcu.edu, below are the Fall 2009 dates, pick several in case your first choice is not available. This site will be updated often with CoffeeBRAKE sponsors as they are reserved.
VCU departments/organizations can co-sponsor CoffeeBRAKES for $35, by journal voucher or Pcard. Non VCU organizations pay $75, due and payable at Break Point in the Commons lower level 5 days before date of reserved CoffeeBRAKE
*Please note that due to the large numbers of property owners that would like to talk to students, CoffeeBrakes will not be open to vendors promoting housing for Off Campus Students. To advertise your property for Off Campus Students, go to www.usca.vcu.edu/offcampus/ and see options for marketing your rental or for sale property to students.
