SAAC will discuss various issues at each meeting depending on what is requested by students, staff and committee members. At each meeting we will have:

  • A brown bag lunch
  • A review of student organization registration if necessary
  • A review of requests for exemption to policy
  • A presentation by university officials from key areas
  • A discussion of current issues related to Student Activities and the Student Commons

Any member of the committee can request an item be placed on the agenda. Items for the agenda need to be received by the Director of USC&A by 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before the meeting. If the agenda item has information that needs to be copied, it should be submitted with the request.

Members may add agenda items at the beginning of the meeting. Those items will be discussed when all other business of the meeting has been concluded, time permitting.
