The Office for Student Organization Development offers a wide variety of resources and services to aid in the development of student organizations and student leaders. From Leadership and Training Programs to Printing and Poster Making Supplies to Financial Services and Volunteer Opportunities, the Office for Student Organization Development provides registered student groups with a wealth of services to ensure their success on VCU's campus and in the community.
There are over 450 registered student organizations at VCU. myORGS@VCU is an online directory system that lists all registered student organizations at VCU. This system allows organizations to manage members, officer positions, service hours, run elections, advertise events using a virtual bulletin board, and view/connect with all organizations at VCU. We encourage you to check out myORGS@VCU for a complete listing of active organizations.
Start a Student Organization
USC&A Finance is the one stop shop for all of your student organization's financial needs. USC&A Finance staff are on hand daily to provide students assistance in the areas of funding requests, purchase requests, reimbursements, budget reallociations, travel and more. Stop by the USC&A Student Organization Development office with any questions you may have.
The USC&A Finance Training for student organizations will be available multiple times every month. Please go to www.myorgs.vcu.edu, log-in and go to the VCU - USC&A organization and check the event listing for all available workshops. The training is required for the Presidents and Treasurers of all student organizations that have funding for the 2011-2012 academic year.
