| 21 | Deadline to submit Spring supplemental funding request. |
| 21 & 22 | All-day mandatory budget workshops (Justine, Eddie, Rod) to teach students how to fill out new forms. |
| 23 | Last Spring supplemental funding hearings. |
| 29 | Commission Bylaws first draft due to SGA Appropriations. |
| 30 | Review of Commission Bylaws first drafts. |
| 30 | Deadline for Student Organization 2009-2010 annual funding requests. |
February
| 2 | Commission Bylaws sent back to commissions for editing. |
| 6 | Cultural student organization budget hearings at 2 p.m. |
| 12 | Commission Bylaws final draft due to SGA Appropriations. |
| 13 | Political and Service student organization budget hearings. |
| 13 | Review of Commission final drafts for approval (Commissions will come in for final review). |
| 20 | Group 1 Prof/Academic , Honorary and Spiritual student organization budget hearings. |
| 27 | Group 2 Prof/Academic student org budget hearings. |
March
| 6 | Group 3 Prof/Academic student org budget hearings. |
| 20 | Group 1 Special Interest student org budget hearings. |
| 27 | Group 2 Special Interest student org budget hearings. |
April
| 3 | Commission and SGA (overall) student org budget hearings. Decisions will be posted. |
| 10 | 10 a.m. deadline to submit funding appeals. |
| 10 | Appeals hearing at 1 p.m. |
| 13 | SGA Appropriations decisions sent to Senate. |
| 20 | Senate approval of Appropriations decisions. |
| 27 | Decisions go back to senate if vetoed by SGA President. |
