USC&A Volunteer Opportunities and the Ram Pantry would like to thank all of the student organizations that participated in the first Food Drive Competition. The Ram Pantry had over 500 items of food donated and greatly appreciates everyone’s support. If you or your organization would like to support the Ram Pantry please go to http://vcustudentfoodpantry.com/volunteer.html for details.
Volunteer Opportunities are provided to students at VCU, and we encourage and assist students to make the most of their college experience by becoming involved with the VCU campus and the Richmond community beyond. Through personal and group involvements, the staff can help students identify programs of interest and facilitate contact with local community partners.
A variety of volunteer experiences await VCU students in areas related to academic majors and special interests. Programs are also available that of interest to anyone volunteering or who are thinking about community service.
Many of VCU's student organizations have missions based on service or have service as a component of their activities. For organizations that focus exclusively on community service click below.
Individuals needing suggestions due to mandates from the court system or from VCU can receive assistance and utilize our resources. Contact Beth Ward at (804) 828-3648 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
